  • She establishes good working relationships with other agents, and proactively advocates for her clients. (Extremely helpful when you're in negotiations on repairs!) We ended up pivoting a few times and KC was always right there with us, patiently showing us the same houses multiple times so we could get a good feel. She's got a great network of lenders, inspectors and tradespeople, so we were able to get quick quotes while we were in contract, which helped in our negotiations.

KC coached us to put together a great offer, which beat out the other offer, she lined up all the inspections and we closed in three weeks, thanks to her guidance navigating this ever-changing market.   • After meeting with a handful of realtors, we met with KC for coffee and immediately felt like we had found someone who was relatable, who really cared about our wants and needs, and was passionate and knowledgable about the world of real estate about which we knew so little. She helped us dive in head-first ā€“ it was a Sunday when we decided to get serious about buying a home (i.e: get pre-approved for a mortgage), and by Tuesday afternoon we had our first offer in. It was a wild ride, but we always felt that KC genuinely had our best interests in mind, all while maintaining a really high degree of professionalism.

  • Ultimately, we purchased a beautiful single family home in North Portland. It was our third offer, which in this market feels like a miracle. Looking back, it was busy, but honestly way easier than I expected. Given that we knew nothing about buying a home 2 months ago, that's probably a sign that we had an excellent support system :) We are of course very excited to enter the next chapter of our lives, and we have KC to thank for that.
