I enthusiastically recommend KC Heaney if you're in the market to buy or sell a house, or think you might be one day! She's tenacious, relationship-focused, and very well-versed in the Portland housing market. She really listened to what was important to us about our next house.

She establishes good working relationships with other agents, and proactively advocates for her clients. (Extremely helpful when you're in negotiations on repairs!) We ended up pivoting a few times and KC was always right there with us, patiently showing us the same houses multiple times so we could get a good feel. She's got a great network of lenders, inspectors and tradespeople, so we were able to get quick quotes while we were in contract, which helped in our negotiations.

We found a dreamboat of a house, and miraculously were able to see it four times (!). KC coached us to put together a great offer, which beat out the other offer, she lined up all the inspections and we closed in three weeks, thanks to her guidance navigating this ever-changing market. I hope I never move out of this house, but if I do I'll work with KC again in a heartbeat.

Wow, where to start? “My girlfriend and I were first-time homebuyers and we knew virtually nothing going into the process. We had been going to a few open houses, and decided (almost on a whim) to start getting serious about buying a home.

After meeting with a handful of realtors, we met with KC for coffee and immediately felt like we had found someone who was relatable, who really cared about our wants and needs, and was passionate and knowledgable about the world of real estate about which we knew so little.
